AKA – also known as Adrian Kearley and Associates - are a young and dynamic town planning practice that operate across the UK from offices in Leatherhead, Surrey.

We have experience in all aspects of town planning work and have built up particular expertise in the care and specialist housing sectors.

The practice’s director, Adrian Kearley, is a qualified town planner with over 12 years consultancy experience and handles all aspects of the instructions personally. Where relevant to the needs of the project, he is supported by a network of associate consultants who advise on specialist matters.

AKA provide a professional and personal service that is tailored to the individual needs of each project. We realise that every project is unique and adopt innovative town planning strategies that will help deliver viable projects as well as creating successful buildings and communities.
