Strategic Perspectives LLP is an independent retail, town centre and economic development planning consultancy. All our advice is based on a deep understanding of the dynamics of town centre, retail, leisure and property markets, underpinned by robust evidence and research. We are also leading the debate on retail planning and town centre issues through our involvement with a number of specialist organisations, including the British Council of Shopping Centres (BCSC) and Association of Town Centre Management (ATCM).
We have recently prepared town centre strategies and appraised planning applications on behalf of Warwick, St Albans, Great Yarmouth, Basingstoke & Deane, Forest Heath, West Berkshire, Mole Valley, Ipswich, Waveney, Nuneaton & Bedworth, West Devon, LB Bexley, LB Hackney, LB Hillingdon and LB Ealing Councils.
SP was established in 2008 and forms part of The Perspectives Group LLP. Our sister company - Planning Perspectives LLP - was set up in 1997 and has a strong track record of providing planning and development consultancy advice to landowners, operators, investors and developers on major applications for residential, retail, commercial leisure, office and mixed-use schemes.
