Set up by its Managing Director Jason Evans (Bsc (Hons) Dip TP MRTPI) in 2007, J Evans Planning Ltd is able to draw upon over 10 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, providing Clients with a service based on realistic, pragmatic and commercially informed advice.

J Evans Planning Ltd is able to advise and assist on a range of project types, including the following: + Residential + Retail + Commercial + Agricultural Development and Farm Diversification + Minerals and Waste + Renewable Energy

Jason Evans is also an approved Mentor for the Farming Connect service in Wales to provide Whole Farm Plan one-to-one advice. Farming Connect provides guidance and assistance to farmers throughout Wales. As part of this scheme, Jason Evans is able to provide farmers who are registered for the service with planning advice and assistance on a range of agricultural and farm diversification matters.

Additionally, Members can also qualify for up to 80% subsidised support for the provision of this service from Farming Connect.
