A broad based planning practice with a basic philosophy of providing sound planning advice in a straightforward manner. The scope of work undertaken by the practice includes providing advice on the formulation of proposals, submitting applications and dealing with appeals when necessary, and representations to emerging Development Plans. Whilst the practice is broad based and deals with all aspects of planning, it offers particular experience in dealing with retail and leisure developments and housing on previously developed land.

Members of the practice have extensive experience of presenting evidence to Public Inquiries and dealing with planning related work in the Lands Tribunal and the Courts. Clients include private individuals, financial institutions, local authorities, land owners, developers, retailers, housebuilders and major operators in the leisure industry.
