Batcheller Monkhouse is one of the leading firms of estate agents and Chartered Surveyors in the South East. In 2005, Nicholas Ide joined the firm as Head of Planning and Development. Nick has over 25 years local government experience in Lancashire, Hertfordshire and Kent, and for 12 years was the Chief Planning Officer at Epsom and Ewell Borough Council in Surrey.
