The Practice was founded in 2006 by Robert Gillespie BA (Hons) MRTPI.Robert has over 32 years experience within local planning authorities, the development industry, planning and environmental consultancy. This has provided a very wide range of practical knowledge which can be brought to the benefit of customes and clients.
The Practice provides advice to a wide range of clients including Sport England, local planning authorities, national house builders, commercial property developers, family trusts, academic institutions, utilities companies, residents'associations, sports and leisure developers.
The Practice prides itself on being cost effective, effecient and professional. It has a loyal following of clients and fellow professionals.
The Practice is also linked to the Environment Bank Ltd which is the first company in the UK to provide eco-system service and bio diversity off-setting through the use of conservation credits.
