We can monitor emerging development plans to identify development opportunities and advise on policy implications for landowners. We can also submit representations on Development Plan Documents and give evidence at Public Examinations, seeking to influence policy making for our clients benefit. For larger development projects we can advise on the need for environmental assessment, agree the scope of any assessment with the planning authority, put together teams of specialist consultants and manage the environmental assessment process.
