Clark Planning Consultants offer a broad range of planning services to large and small developers, house builders, commercial companies, private individuals and residents.
We can represent and advise clients on planning applications, appeals, enforcement and development plans. Advice is available in all areas of planning including obtaining planning permission, representing clients at Planning Committee meetings, commenting on planning applications on behalf of residents or third parties, dealing with appeals through Written Representations, Hearings or Public Inquiries and handling enforcement cases of all types.
We have a broad range of experience of all aspects of planning with over twenty five years experience in local government and over ten years experience in private practice.
We can deal with applications for housing, commercial development, changes of use, conversions, listed buildings, householder developments, advertisements and Certificates of Lawfulness. We are experienced in both urban and rural planning matters. Our work also includes a variety of planning and enforcement appeals.
We work with a range of professional consultants and so can offer comprehensive and co-ordinated representation.
