At Tony Woodcock Planning Consultants our aim is to help make our client’s plans a reality.

We have a track record for delivery. We are the first and only planning consultancy in the North East – and one of only a handful nationally - to gain planning consent for two ground-breaking country houses, since the government’s ‘contemporary country house’ clause was introduced. In securing both PPS7 consents we surpassed the government’s extremely demanding criteria for new landmark country houses.
After thirty years in the profession, we have a host of contacts within Local Authorities, Town Planning, legal and related agencies.
