Southern Planning Practice Ltd is an independent professional town planning consultancy.
The Practice was established in 1994 by Chris Corcoran and has been in existence for 17 years. The Practice incorporated as a limited company in 1999. We offer a wide range of urban and rural town and country planning services, including an in-house design and plan drawing service and direct instruction of Counsel at London and local Chambers.
Our town planners have extensive professional experience in both private and public sectors, especially in Hampshire and the South of England.
The Practice has a well-developed client base, a reputation for professionalism, and excellent contacts.
We maintain close and constructive working relationships with local authorities and public sector professionals.
The Practice is retained as national planning consultants to the British Marine Federation (BMF).
