Heaton Planning consists of professional planners who have experience in most areas of planning and a specialism in minerals and waste planning matters.
We have experience in both the private and public sector, providing a professional planning service to a range of companies, as well as providing professional advice to a number of planning authorities in the East Midlands area.
We are client focussed, always seeking to secure our clients aspirations, and our approach to this is based on a sound understanding of the planning system and proper application of planning policy and the planning acts.
We adopt a rigorous approach to project management and the use of specialist consultants. Heaton Planning is not tied to any one firm of consultants/specialists. We carefully assemble project teams depending on the detailed requirements of a particular project and in close liaison with our clients.
We are committed to ensuring positive outcomes on development proposals, and seek to achieve this through negotiations with planning authorities and interested parties, liaison with legal advisors and advice to clients regarding planning conditions and legal agreements.
