More than just Planning Consultants.

We are a team of lawyers and a planning consultant based in Bournemouth working for clients in all parts of England and Wales and beyond.

As you would expect we cover the full range of planning consultancy from initial appraisals and applications to evidence in appeals and other inquiries, High Court Challenges and a lot more. Our planning lawyers work with us to provide specialist advice on every aspect of planning law but also deal with issues like section 106 and other agreements and environmental law as well as appearing as advocates in appeals and other inquiries. We also have significant planning experience in the telecommunications and renewable energy sectors as well as all matters relating to Planning Enforcement.

Our clients come from every walk of life. They include businesses such as Coral Estates Ltd, Bowlplex Plc and Hall & Woodhouse Ltd. Examples of our work include successful schemes to develop a major employment site for housing schemes involving an appeal and a High Court Challenge, the re-development of a South Coast hotel site and for residential development in place of an agricultural processing plant in the Green Belt. We also deal with the aspirations of the private individual, ranging from large residential schemes to minor additions to property.

All our clients benefit from having access to a comprehensive, "one-stop shop", service under one roof. They also benefit from our work as a team, avoiding duplication making sure that the right person does the job at the right cost.

Some members of the team have extensive experience of liquor licensing and gambling procedures and law and as such add value to the planning work. See our website for further information www.hlf-law.co.uk
